Modular test rig to represent industrial cleaning-in-place processes. Using the standard connection DN50, the cleaning of components and assemblies can be investigated at volume flow rates from 3.5 to 21m³/h.
Current research deals with the cleanability of pipe and channel geometries with differing cross-sectional junctions at pulsed flow.
Further study concentrates on the cleanability of pipeline installations.
