Redefining manual cleaning - »CleanAssist«

»CleanAssist« is an innovative sensor-based cleaning lance that ensures a safe, documented, and reproducible cleaning process, even in manual beam-based cleaning for the first time. The lance combines technologies such as Digital Twin, indoor tracking, and Augmented Reality (AR), enabling the systematic documentation of each cleaning step and thus an efficient cleaning management that facilitates compliance with audit guidelines and enables rapid, efficient qualification of cleaning personnel.

Quality assurance through automated contamination detection - »CoControl-Lumi3D«

The optical detection system »CoControl-Lumi3D« enables reproducible, rapid, and comprehensive contamination detection, even for complex components. It determines film-like contaminations based on the fluorescence reaction and is capable of assigning the detected contamination to a position in space. By linking the acquired information with the 3D model of the component, functional surfaces can be selectively inspected for compliance with specified cleanliness criteria. The measuring system can be used as an inline application directly in production as well as an at-line or offline solution, and it can be customized to meet cleanroom requirements.
