Corona pandemic: Important information on cooperation

Dear Business Partners, Friends and Colleagues, 

Due to the developments around SARS-CoV-2 we would like to inform you about the current status at our institute in order to ensure the best possible cooperation in the coming time.

1. Protection: We care about the health of everyone. That is why we are strictly following the official state and federal guidelines and regulations, as well as the instructions issued by the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. Acting responsibly and protecting our employees and society is our top priority.
2. Work ability: Despite all restrictions, we are able to work and keep the business running. Our employees are continuing the projects and are using digital tools in order to continue to communicate and work efficiently with you.
3. Availability: Our employees can be reached by e-mail and telephone. Alternative communication tools are also used for coordination. If you are unable to reach your individual contact person, please contact our crisis management team, krisenstab@ivv.fraunhofer.de. Your inquiry will then be forwarded internally for the fastest possible response.
4. Communication: Should anything change in terms of work ability and availability, we will inform you here transparently and on a daily basis.
