Interclean 2024 in Amsterdam

Industrial cleaning: can’t get the staff? Then upgrade your technology!

At Interclean 2024, we will be exhibiting high-spec technology designed to help companies meet the increasing demands resulting from the shortage of skilled workers by using innovative sensor technology and digital applications.

Automation and repetition

Our mobile cleaning robot »Exo-MCD« detects, cleans and documents the cleanliness of hygiene-critical systems and production environments. Cleaning is taken care of by an innovative adaptive jet cleaning system (AJC) that rotates around three axes.

The »AJCsens« represents an innovative next-level version of this adaptive jet cleaning system. The adaptive jet cleaner operates autonomously, enabling continuous inline monitoring of the cleaning process for the first time ever, thanks to highly integrated sensor technology.

Quality assurance with digital support

We have developed »CleanAssist« technology to give fresh impetus to manual jet-based cleaning: the combination of virtual support, digital twins and innovative sensor technology allow cleaning to be documented in full and fully automatically, and cleaning staff to be qualified swiftly and efficiently. Staff can immediately see missed, under-cleaned or over-cleaned areas so these become a thing of the past.

Need-driven cleaning processes through inline contamination sensors

In the field of contamination detection, we will be exhibiting two systems from the CoControl range:

»CoControl LumiHD«, an ultra-compact otical contamination sensor that enables a previously unimaginable range of various types of contamination to be detected, without the need for direct contact and over a wide area.

»CoControl QCM«, an innovative sensor system for reliably detecting contamination in closed systems such as pipelines or tanks. For the first time ever, the sensor means the state of contamination can be directly measured during the fouling and cleaning cycles. Reliable conclusions can be drawn from this in terms of the actual need for cleaning and how successful it was, enabling need-driven process management.

Both sensor systems are easy to retrofit into existing systems and allow the cleaning and state of contamination to be monitored continuously and documented.
