What does the path to a sustainable circular economy for flexible plastic packaging look like? In the EU project CIRCULAR FoodPack we have shown how post-consumer recyclates can be used to produce packaging that is suitable for direct food contact and meets the high standards for food protection and safety. We are happy to invite you to the final event on November 28, 2024 in Brussels.
From 12:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., you can learn about the key findings and results in presentations and a panel discussion with industry stakeholders, policy makers and the project's scientific team. The focus will be on feasibility beyond technical realization as well as recommendations for the future implementation of European policy and the need for further research.
